A multilingual staff (speaking 11 languages) serve each foreign patient in his or her native language, as part of agreements that have been reached with the majority of the world’s largest insurance companies.

The combination of care from Israel’s leading medical specialists and personnel, rapid service in the patient’s native language, make treatment in Israel and recovery easier forthe patient within a warm and supportive environment.

This personal service caters to the patient’s needs, starting with assistance in obtaining an entrance visa, transportation from the airport, arranging meetings with doctors, billing the insurance carrier, and even arranging tours of holy sites.

The patients and guests are free to stay at one of the numerous hotels that are situated on thebeachfront near the hospital.

Air-Evacuation

Air ambulance services enable emergency medical evacuation and escort to Israel from anywhere in the world. Aboard the air ambulance are a doctor, a medical team, and intensive care equipment, all of which enable the transport of patients under meticulous, hospital-level conditions

Health Insurance

HMC is proud of the association and accreditation gained from all Israeli health insurance companies and most of the leading American and European insurance and assistance companies.

In most cases, the patient does not need to pay HMC, since there are agreements in place to settle bills directly between the Overseas Companies and HMC.
