I treat patients with temporomandibular joint (TMJ) disorders, masticatory muscle dysfunction, and jaw and facial asymmetry on a daily basis, both in my public hospital work and in my private clinic over the past 10 years. My main areas of expertise include TMJ and masticatory muscle disorders, facial asymmetry, and facial and jaw pain. The primary treatments I perform include minimally invasive TMJ surgery, open TMJ surgery, EMG- and ultrasound-guided injections, botulinum toxin injections to the masticatory and facial muscles, and orthognathic surgery for jaw correction.
